Welcome to Twryg - a holiday cottage in the heart of Snowdonia

We bought this delightful little cottage in 2007, partly with a view to possible future retirement in this fantastic area of Snowdonia, partly as a base for our own walking holidays in the region, and partly as an investment. In setting it up as a holiday cottage, we have done our best to make it ideal for walkers – cosy, comfortable, simple and basic, as user-friendly as possible – and, although we realise we could probably earn more from lettings if we chintzed it up and equipped it with jacuzzi, sauna, 36” wide-screen TV and en suite bedrooms, we hope you prefer it as we like it, at a reasonable price and without the frills. In any case, there isn’t that much room for additional luxuries!
